Bach Remedies

"For those who are sick, peace of mind and harmony with the Soul is the greatest aid to recovery”
Dr. Edward Bach

The Bach Flower Remedies are perfect for people who realize they’ve slipped into an emotional rut, but don’t seem to be able to pull themselves out of it.

We should think of the Bach Flower Remedies® any time in life that we suffer from sleeplessness, irritability, depression, discouragement, feeling drained, and so many other emotional situations that keep us from living life to the fullest.

Perhaps you’ve already heard of the famous Rescue Remedy. Many people carry this emergency flower combination wherever they go. Used as a compliment to medical attention, it is useful for panic, shock, trauma, and recovering emotional equilibrium in any crisis.

Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936) was a Bacteriologist, Pathologist, and Homeopath. He succeeded in developing a complete form of medicine that all of us can safely administer to ourselves. It works for our pets and even our plants!

Treatment is based on your personality and your current emotional outlook. In the beginning it can appear that we each need most of the remedies and it’s very difficult to be objective with ourselves. That is why it’s a good idea to consult a trained practitioner for your first two or three appointments.

Your first appointment will probably be about 45 minutes. After our consultation, together we will choose your personal Bach combination. You will administer 4 drops (4 times a day-minimum) and we will have a follow-up consultation after 3 weeks.

The remedies are effective, natural, and gentle with no overdosing or interference with other medications.

If you are already familiar with the Bach Flower Remedies, you can usually purchase any of them through your local health food store or if you prefer, online, by keying in Bach Remedies.

The Bach Foundation offers three levels of training worldwide, available to anyone interested in this fine art of healing.
